LAW PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY
My practice as a military law attorney is devoted exclusively to representing military personnel and veterans. I enjoy assisting service members and veterans in their efforts to right the wrongs they have suffered and obtain the benefits they are entitled to by law. I provide personalized services that are effective and reasonably priced, and I strive to ensure that each client's interests are aggressively advanced. I endeavor to show each client respect by returning phone calls and e-mails promptly, and by keeping them informed of progress and developments in their cases. I do not file administrative applications or court documents without the client's review and approval of the submission.
Unlike most military lawyers, I focus exclusively on military personnel law. I do not handle military criminal cases or VA matters. By so limiting my practice, I have developed considerable expertise in military administrative law and I am able to stay on top of developments in this complex and ever-changing field. And because I limit my caseload to a comparatively small number, I am able to devote the time necessary to produce high quality work products for my clients, at a significantly lower cost than larger law practices.
Please note that I do not take every case that I am presented with. Rather, I go through a case screening process to determine whether a potential case has potential merit and is worth the investment of time and money required. If I do not believe a case has a reasonable chance of success, I advise the person of the reasons for my conclusion and recommend obtaining a second opinion. I do not believe it is fair or just to accept a case, and a client's money, where there is little or no chance of success.
If you or a loved one needs a competent and highly committed civilian military attorney, please contact me. While no lawyer can guarantee an outcome for clients, I can guarantee that you will receive my very best effort.
